I’m really excited to bring my first party post to the blog!! What makes it even better is that it’s for a company that I absolutely love their products and have been fortunate enough to work with them on numerous projects over the past few years. If you’ve been following along then I’m sure you’ve heard me mention them before but if not then let me introduce you to the world of Re-Play. They make cute children’s tableware from sippy cups to silverware to divided plates and the coolest little stackable snack cups. They come in a wide range of colors so are super fun to mix & match at party time and the best part is they are all made out of recycled milk jugs. Swing by and check out my all time favorite collection here!
So onto the party details….
It’s Halloween time, which is my favorite time for parties. I’m not into the creepy, spooky stuff. I like it fun, bright and cute just like this kitty cat!
Everyone say hi to Olivia! You’ll be seeing a lot of her since she’s my littlest love.
I knew I wanted to have a small little Halloween gathering this year. It’s been 2 years since my last kid friendly party and I’ve been seeing so many cute decorations. Specifically in the Target dollar spot. Just take my money!! On one of my many trips I found these cute little kitty spring toys which gave me the idea for a black cat inspired party so here we are. I name all my parties because I’m weird like that and it makes for a great hashtag so you best believe I named this one #MeowMixer. I kept it small so it was more like a play date but you get the point. We invited over a couple of classroom friends and had some after school pizzas and kitty approved goldfish crackers with milk & cookies to round it out.
Leave it to me to work pink into a Halloween party but any chance I can get to use my fancy little chandelier from Chandelier By NK you best believe I’m gonna take it!
Imagine my delight when I came across pink pumpkins! Glitter pumpkins, notebooks & favor pencils all found in the Target dollar spot.
These are the snack stacks I was talking about. They are perfect for lunch boxes or trips to the park and make great party favors.
Wasn’t that fun?
I will have you know that the whole time I’ve been working on this post I’ve had that stupid Meow Mix jingle stuck in my head.
You know which one I’m talking about? I hope it’s stuck in your head now too. 🙂
Happy Halloween!
