First it was unicorns….then it was ballerinas and now it’s horses. I love to see how my daughters love for things change over time. After watching some Barbie ballerina cartoon, Leilani quickly fell in love with the idea of becoming one so her only request for her 6th birthday was to be able to twirl with her friends. I think all little girls go through that stage at some point in their young life. My youngest who is 5 right now has the ballerina bug so who knows I just might be doing another twirl party next year. I didn’t want to do just your normal pink and gold ballerina party though. I had to switch things up a bit to get my creative juices flowing because I feel like I’ve seen it all. So I pulled my inspiration from a few different things when designing this party. My party intuition knew that swans were going to be the next unicorn so I wanted to jump on that before it became a super hot trend. Her birthday falls right in the mix of all the Thanksgiving hustle & bustle so we had her party in early December which means most of the stores were full of pretty winter decor. So why not make it easy on myself and add a winter wonderland to the mix. See the full acrylic invitation suite here. They were simply amazing.
I teamed up with Shindigz who sent me some beautiful decor for the party including this chandelier. Flowers by the amazing Love Anne Joy. Cake by Grace Honey Cakes Cookies & cake pops by the super talented Sweets by Gigi Printables by Just A Little Sparkle Can I always have crystal beaded curtains hanging in my living room? I made glitter ice cubes and now normal ice cubes will just never do. This is why they call me the Glitter Queen. I’m actually wearing a shirt right now that says “More Glitter” which has become my life motto. Another fabulous chandelier from Shindigz. Canvas prints are from Shutterfly. I use them for everything from canvases, to storybooks to all my holiday cards. What’s a snow princess without her collection of tiaras? Another look at the invitations because I just cant get enough. I worked with Jenn and Jules Designs to make them. Banner from Pottery Barn Kids. My daughters dress is from Tutu Du Monde. Since ballerina Barbie is what started it all for my daughter I had to incorporate it somehow so all the little ballerinas went home with their own Barbie. Glitter wands are always a good idea. Tiara favors for all the girls as well.

Absolutely stunning! Every detail is dreamy and ethereal! Is there a source guide? Especially for the all of the table decorations and swan items?
